Chief Executive, AIHO
Fiona Booth has been Chief Executive of AIHO since January 2013. Before that, she was the Chief Executive of the Hansard Society, a political research and education think tank, for five years. In addition, she has worked in education, and had roles at the Australian Red Cross and Age UK. Fiona is originally from Western Australia, and has lived in the UK for 17 years. Fiona regularly contributes to political and media debates about independently-delivered healthcare and the benefits it brings. She is looking to challenge perceptions about the place of independent healthcare in the UK, especially as the population ages and long term conditions become more prevalent.
